1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a membership registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or register for the membership community.

2. About You Matter Consulting Services

You Matter Consulting Services is a leadership, coaching, and psychology-informed consulting practice based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded by Dr. Sonakshi Ruhela. The You Matter membership community is a forthcoming initiative connecting professionals, executives, and leaders across the UAE.

3. The Membership Community

The membership community is scheduled to launch officially on 31 July 2026. Registering your interest through this website prior to launch does not itself create a paid membership or contractual membership relationship. It is a registration of interest that entitles you to the benefits described in Section 4, subject to these Terms and any further membership terms published at launch.

We reserve the right to determine the final scope, benefits, and structure of the membership community, and to communicate any material changes to registrants by email prior to launch.

4. Complimentary Membership Offer

Individuals who register through this website before 31 July 2026 will be entitled to three (3) months of complimentary You Matter membership, commencing from the official launch date. This offer is:

• Limited to one registration per individual, verified by email address;
• Subject to reasonable verification of the information you provide;
• Subject to change or withdrawal before the launch date, with notice provided by email to registered applicants where reasonably possible;
• Not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or combinable with any other offer unless we state otherwise in writing.

5. Eligibility & Registration

To register, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, email address, job title or designation, and mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke a registration where information provided is false, misleading, or submitted in bad faith.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the website's operation; submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate registrations; or use the website in any way that violates applicable UAE law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the You Matter name and marks, is the property of You Matter Consulting Services or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, You Matter Consulting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in the membership community. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration or access to the website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the membership community approaches its official launch. Material changes will be communicated to registered applicants by email where reasonably possible. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
